Deep Rock Galactic: over ten million players after starting on PlayStation

Coffee Stain Publishing and Ghost Ship Games have announced the numbers of Deep Rock Galactic after the game appeared on January 4, 2022, for PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4.

Deep Rock Galactic looks back on a very successful year 2021, where the game has been awarded several times, new sales milestones reached and set up a new standard for live service multiplayer with the introduction of the free Battle Pass. The new year begins with a bang: after publication on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 On January 4th, the title has more than doubled its number of players to ten million players.

The small team, which consists of less than thirty employees, is overwhelmed by the support and commitment of the PlayStation Player Base.

The server list is absolutely full of new players, and many players have turned directly to us to tell us how much they love the game. We receive many suggestions, feedback and help in finding bugs and problems, comments Sore Landward, CEO of Ghost Ship Games.

After the start of the game, the PlayStation Community has already supported the team in the resolving of first problems that have been resolved within two days of publication.
