Mortal Kombat 2: Sequel to the film from 2021 is in progress!
Mortal Kombat is one of the big and notorious gaming markets. The bloody fehting games include virtually pop cultural memories such as Super Mario and Tetris. And even the first filming from 1995 has cult factor. This is just missing the latest movie from the year 2021, but maybe a sequel: Mortal Kombat 2 is in progress and has already found a Writer with Jeremy Slater (Moon Knight, Umbrella Academy). Release date from Mortal Kombat 2 still unknown
When the sequel appears, it is not fixed yet, even the cast has not yet been revealed - and we can probably count on some known faces. It remains accordingly hoping, Hiroyuki Sanada returns as Scorpion, as well as his Nemesis sub-Zero, played by Joe Taslim. Oberbösewicht Shang TSung (Chin Han) should also be in the second film.
